1. What I collect

If you use the contact form, I receive the name, business name, area covered, grooming type, email address, phone number and message you enter. That is the only personal data this site collects directly.

2. What I use it for

Your details are used only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• Build and maintain the website you have asked for.
• Answer questions about an existing project.

The footer newsletter form is a placeholder and is not currently connected to a mailing list, so nothing is stored from it.

3. Email delivery

Enquiries sent through the form are delivered by an email delivery service (Resend) so that I can read and reply to them. Your message passes through that service and its infrastructure in the course of delivery.

4. Sharing

I do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is only shared where needed to run the service, such as the email delivery provider named above, or where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept only for as long as needed to deal with your project, and are deleted on request. If you would like something removed, ask and it will be.

6. Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies or run advertising or analytics trackers.
