Refund & Cancellation
How payments and cancellations work on a GroomGo project.
1. Deposits
A deposit may be needed to book a start date, and is used to cover the time reserved for your project. If you cancel before any design or build work has begun, the deposit is returned in full.
2. If you cancel partway through
Work already completed, and the domain and hosting set up in your name, are not refunded. You are only asked to settle for work actually carried out up to the point of cancellation, and I will tell you where that point is.
3. If I cannot deliver
If I am unable to complete your site as agreed, any balance you have paid for undelivered work is returned to you. The same applies if something is broken and I cannot fix it.
4. Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting and any paid third-party services are billed by those providers and are not covered by this policy. Where I buy something on your behalf, receipts are shared with you.
