Applies to every GroomGo website project.
1. Agreement to terms
By asking GroomGo to build a website for your grooming business, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
2. Scope of work
What is included in your project is set out in the written quote and agreed brief. Anything requested beyond that is treated as additional work and quoted separately before it is started, so the price you agreed to does not change unexpectedly.
3. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, the design, code, domain and content created for your business are yours. GroomGo keeps no ownership claim over your site and no lock-in. I will show you how to make changes yourself.
4. Payment
The full price, and any deposit, are set out in your quote. The remaining balance is due once the site is live and you have said you are happy with it. There are no ongoing fees.
5. Content you provide
You confirm that anything you send me, including photos, prices and service descriptions, is yours to use. I am not responsible for claims from third parties about material you supply.
6. Availability
GroomGo is a one-person service. I aim to reply personally within a day, but I cannot guarantee a response time or a launch date until both are agreed in writing for your project.
